Approx. 250 m far from our holiday house you already
reach the village with its cosy taverns, with Crete and international
cooking, Kafeneos, bar, baker´s shop and mini-markets for daily need,
as well as bus and taxi

The village of Gavalohori is only less than 3,5 km (5 min. by CAR)
from the seaside village of Almirida with its white sandy ‘Blue Flag’
beaches and shopping amenities. Kalives seaside village, with its banks,
post office, chemists, and all shopping amenities and restaurants and
coffee bars, is less than 10 minutes’ drive away. There is also a ‘KEP’ (Community service centre) in this village.

The building of the second house have started in in 2008 and the upper level is completed, furnished and fully equipped, consisting of large living room with an open fire place, a separate dining room, an equipped kitchen with a pantry room, two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower.

The ground floor is unfinished and is in the stage of concrete frame that enables the future owners to change the  planing for this floor.
